Jangaon: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) transformed the face of the State, Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) working president K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) said. He added that the people of Telangana are in no mood to believe in the antics of the Congress leaders, while addressing the TRS party workers' Ashirvada Sabha here today.
KTR said the inception of TRS would remain in history and that KCR would be remembered as the face of 14 years of Telangana agitation. Promising to stand by the party workers at all time, he recalled the contribution of the erstwhile Warangal district in Telangana movement.
Thanking the locals and the party workers for electing three TRS MLAs in Jangaon district, KTR said one of the MLAs would be included in the cabinet. The district would be turned into a green patch with the irrigation waters of Devadula project.
"The leadership of KCR in Telangana has set an example to the rest of the country. The country is excited about TRS, overlooking the BJP and the Congress. TRS's clean sweep in the Panchayat Raj, Society, Municipal and Lok Sabha polls is possible with booth-level ground work across the State. Let's dominate Delhi by winning 16 seats in Lok Sabha polls," he said.
