Now Madan Lal is seeking a second term from the TRS, while CPI which is strong in many pockets here, is fielding Banoth Vijay. The voters of this constituency have over the years, remained loyal to the CPI. Formerly known as Sujatha nagar, former Minister Ramreddy Venkata Reddy won the seat three times. The total number of voters in the constituency is 1,73,672.

Sathupalli (SC): Sathupalli (SC) constituency is in the district of Khammam, Telangana. Sathupalli (SC) falls under Khammam Lok Sabha constituency. In the dissolved house this constituency was represented by Sandra Venkata Veeraiah from the Telugu Desam Party. The total number of voters in the constituency is 2,18,170.

S Veeriah is in the fray again as the candidate from the TDP, while TRS is fielding P Ravi as their candidate. This constituency has remained a Congress bastion in the past but S Veeraiah is seen as a winning horse.
