Patancheru: Talking to the public here at the road show senior Congress party leader V Hanumantha Rao said, that the statement that KCR made Telangana state possible is baseless. Telangana was born out of the sacrifices of scores of people. He added that the then Congress president, Sonia Gandhi who saw the public sentiment, empathised with the mood of the people of the state and announced the creation of the state of Telangana.

KCR government has miserably failed in delivering on his election assurances, he said. It is with the fear of failure that KCR has advanced the elections. The people of Telangana have lost faith in KCR government and are ready to get Congress into power, he said.

Nalgonda: KCR the person who expelled me from the state assembly should not get away that easily with what is has done, said Congress leader from Nalgonda, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy. He addressed the public here at the NG college grounds. He also played volleyball and cricket with the locals there. Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said that he is not against development and opposing the power plant which is coming up in Yadadri. The objections he raised have to do with the many ill-effects of the power plant on the health of the locals.
