Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh IT Minister and Telugu Desam leader Nara Lokesh criticised Telangana caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR), in the context of the Telangana Assembly's dissolution. "While calling for the unity of the Telugu people, KCR is saying 'Jaago.. Bhaago..'," the minister said.

Nara Lokesh said that the people of Telangana are aware of the defected TDP MLAs in the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). KCR attracted the TDP MLAs, who were elected to power thanks to the people from Andhra Pradesh, he added.

"Did the TRS win the GHMC elections without the support of Andhraites?" Nara Lokesh questioned. MLAs from Kukatpally, Qutbullapur and Jubilee Hills, who had won on the TDP ticket in 2014, defected to the TRS thereafter. In the list of 105 TRS contestants announced by KCR yesterday, the three were included.

Lokesh's Comments Hilarious: Etela Rajender

Siddipet: Telangana caretaker minister Etela Rajender ridiculed the comments made by AP minister Nara Lokesh. Speaking to media after overseeing the arrangements made for the 'Praja Ashirvada Sabha' here today, the TRS leader said that Nara Lokesh lacked common knowledge, and that he should learn to conduct himself in a better way as a minister.

"Everyone knows what happened to the leaders who said that Telangana would be a land of Naxalites after bifurcation. Telangana is on a trajectory of development," he added.
