Telangana Govt to Hold All-Party Meet On New Districts

An all-party meeting will beheld on August 20 to discuss the draft notification for creation of new districts

Hyderabad: Telangana government will be holding an all-party meeting on August 20 to discuss the draft notification for creation of new districts.

Each party would be asked to depute two representatives. Members of the cabinet sub-committee formed earlier for the purpose and senior officials will also participate in the meeting

A release from the Chief Minister’s Office said TRS, Congress, MIM, BJP, CPI, CPM and Telugu Desam Party would be invited for the meeting.

It will be followed by a cabinet meeting on the same day.
