Telangana Cabinet to meet at 6 pm

The Telangana Cabinet would meet at 6 pm on Friday in the Secretariat to discuss issues related to the budget session of the Legislature and finalisation of dates of the session.

The Telangana government is contemplating to hold the budget session of the state assembly in the first week of November.
Finance Minister Etela Rajender is expected to present the budget on November 5.
The Cabinet meeting is also expected to discuss ongoing power crisis in the state and date of launch of various government schemes such as welfare pensions and distribution of food security cards
