Telangana Assembly Session From March 12: Review Meeting Held

Hyderabad: The Telangana Budget sessions for the year 2018 will start from March 12. Speaker of Legislative Assembly Madhusudana Chary and the chairman of Legislative Council Swami Goud have held a review meeting along with the state chief secretary SK Joshi and the other party leaders. The review meeting has been arranged to discuss the key points and steps to be taken while presenting the budget.

Post review session, another meeting with the state DGP and the police officials have also been arranged to discuss on the security issues at the Assembly from March 12 as the Assembly premises will be highly crowded due to the budget sessions and nominations for the Rajya Sabha seats.

Governor of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh ESL Narasimhan will address the two houses on the budget presentation on March 12. The area will be completely under police control as it is also the last date for the submissions of the nominations for the Rajya Sabha seats. Nominations will be filed for the three Rajya Sabha seats from Telangana.
