TDP okay to Harish Rao's proposals

TDP leader Revanth Reddy announced that his party was ready to accept the three conditions set by TRS MLA Harish Rao on the Telangana issue.

The TDP leader said the three proposals put forth by Harish Rao were acceptable to his party. It may be recalled that the TRS MLA has set the following conditions:

•     TDP should support the Telangana Bill in Parliament
•     If the TDP gained power over AP then its first signature should be for Telangana
•     If Telangana state becomes a reality, then Dalit leader should be made its chief minister.

However, he said that it would be more credible if these proposals were made by KCR.
They were ready to make any number of recommendation letters to the Centre for Telangana, he added.

However, he said that the letter would be given only if KCR tells the format after checking on the same with the Prime Minister and home minister. He added the immediate merger of TRS and TDP.
