TDP Government Deploys Drones, CRPF and 6000 Cops To Foil Mudragada’s Yatra

Situation is remain tense at Kirlampudi village of East Godavari district as the TDP government deployed thousands of police personnel to foil the padayatra of Mudragada Padmanabham on the issue of Kapu reservations.

Besides Kirlampudi, the police are deployed in several parts of Konaseema region. The Government is making an all out effort to keep Kapus away from the "Chalo Amaravati'' padayatra.

According to reports, Many police check-posts have been set up on the national highway, on the borders of Kirlampudi village, Gammon bridge on river Godavari and other bridges.

Apart from the local police, states special police force and paramilitary forces were pressed into service. As many as 6,000 cops have been deployed in the district and another 5,000 police personnel would be brought into the district. Reports say that even advanced drones would be used to monitor the situation. More than 400 Kapu leaders have been put under house arrest in the wake of Mudragada's padayatra.

Meanwhile, YSRCP official spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said that Chandrababu will meet the same fate as that of Libyan dictator Colonel Moammer Gaddafi if the he continued with his arrogance and dictatorial attitude. Rambabu said that Naidu was resorting to vindictive politics against some communities.
