'TDP, Congress to take responsibility for power crisis'

Telangana minister Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy said that TDP and Congress parties had to take blame for power crisis in Telangana.

He inaugurated rice procuring centre at Banswada on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, he asked, “What are the Telangana leaders doing  when the coal here was being shifted to thermal power projects in Seemandhra?”

He promised that they would ensure no power cuts within the next three years. He also said that their government would stand by farmers in the state.

The minister alleged that Congress leaders are provoking the farmers to commit suicides.
