​​Tamil Movies To Clash During Sankranti

To make the most of the festive mood of Sankranti, several Kollywood movies are gearing up for their release round this time. Movies which were held back in December are also joining the race. There are four big films to clash at the box office.

Beginning from Surya's Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, Vikram's Sketch, Prabhu Deva's Gulebagavali and Shanmuga pandian's Madurai Veeran, Arvind Swami's Bhaskar Oru Rascal are scheduled for January 12 release.

It's a feast to the audience to watch out for the four movies releasing on the same day. There are also several drop-outs, which had postponed their release to the end of January and the beginning of February. The movies include Vishal's Irumbu Thirai, Vimal starrer Mannar Vagaiyara, Venkat Prabhu's party and Billa Pandi. Irumbu Thirai is slated for release on Republic Day.
