'T' Congress MPs disrupt budget session in Parliament

After the hullabaloo over the chopper deal scam died down, Telangana Congress MPs are active again.

Congress MPs from the Telangana region on Thursday staged a dharna at the main gate of Parliament, demanding separate statehood to Telangana.

Carrying placards, they raised slogans in support of Telangana state demanding that the Bill be passed in the Parliament.

The MPs, including Gutta Sukender Reddy, Palvai Govardhan Reddy, G Viveknanda, M Jagannath, and S Rajaiah, were seen on the stairs of the Parliament's main gate.

Following this, Union minister and state affairs in-charge Vayalar Ravi asked them to meet him.
