Speaking to reporters on Saturday on the occasion of 27th death anniversary of Anjaiah, KCR said that the society can’t forget the services he rendered to it.
“Anjaiah rose from the level of labourer to chief minister. He worked as a union leader, labour minister and finally as the chief minister. He stood by the weaker sections of society,” said KCR.
Anjaiah worked as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh from October 1980 to February 1982. His wife Manemma worked as Musheerabad MLA. They have one son and four daughters.
