Surprise awaits TRS chief in Hyderabad

All is not well between KCR and his nephew. The TRS chief who is expected to return to the city from Delhi this evening will be in for a rude shock a case filed against him by his own family member came up for hearing today! The AP High Court has ordered a detailed probe into it.

TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao’s nephew, Umesh Rao had filed a case against KCR on the use of the Telangana Bhavan for his personal business affairs. Umesh Rao has already asked the government to take the land allotted for the Telangana Bhavan back as it was being used for personal use. He has also filed a petition in the court. Umesh Rao, in his petition, requested the court to direct the government to cancel the one acre land allotted to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, as KCR had leased out the second floor of Telangana Bhavan constructed on the aforesaid land, to a TV news channel, violating the government rules.
The petition had come up before the court for hearing today.
The court taking into consideration Umesh Rao's petition, ordered the government to conduct a detailed inquiry into it.
