Streams flooded in Adilabad, life disrupted

Heavy rain has led to flooding of streams across the Adilabad district cutting several villages off. Six villages near the Mukhra -K hamlet in the Ichoda Mandal were completely cut off from the outside world.

Similarly, the inundation of the Rampur stream played havoc with the lives of villagers living in 27 hamlets in Bheemli Mandal, while the flooding of Erravagu and Mattidivagu, two other streams in Ninnela Mandal brought life to a stand-still in ten villages.
