State minister and MP stopped by Karnataka police

Bengaluru: State minister Jupally Krishna Rao and Mahbubnagar MP Jitender Reddy were stopped by Karnataka state police on the border when they tried to inspect a site where Karnataka Govt. was allegedly making illegal constructions for a project.

The police stopped both Jupally Krishna Rao and Jitender Reddy by saying they were not authorized by the Karnataka Govt. to visit the project site for inspection. This led to an argument between the leaders and their followers and the police personnel. This made the situation very tensed in the surrounding areas.
The leaders demanded that the Govt. should let them inspect the project and started protesting at the construction site.
