YS Jagan’s speech, after commencing ‘Yuvabheri’ programme on Thursday, infused confidence among students and unemployed youth in the State.

During his interaction with students, YS Jagan cleared several doubts among youth about welfare schemes, jobs, special status benefits, etc. An unemployed person raised voice against Chandrababu Naidu’s false promise of giving unemployment stipend of Rs 2,000 every month. YS Jagan asked him to question Chief Minister about his promise. A techie from Nellore, who is working in Chennai, elaborated about joblessness. YS Jagan said that it was sad to see Nellore youth going to Chennai for jobs. Replying to another question, he said If one-fourth of Naidu’s energy, travelling time and public money is used for getting special status, AP would have got it now.

YS Jagan further elaborated that 11 states have especial status in the country and they get all the incentives that enable them to attract business investments.

“Being the Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu is responsible for getting special status for AP. But he was caught red-handed luring MLAs. So he fears CBI case. That’s why not asking Modi for special status. Moreover, Naidu is part of the NDA government, TDP MPs are ministers in NDA government, and how can he ask the Centre for special status. “said YS Jagan.

Answering a question from a student whether it’s possible to get special status, YS Jagan said India fought for over 100 years to get freedom from Britishers. if we have doubts about aim, no one can achieve anything. we have to fight until we get status, he said.
