Six things Rama Naidu would always be remembered

* Suresh Productions Logo: Rama Naidu's SP logo has become iconic. Many big names in the film world worked with him. The film production company is named after his son Suresh.

* Acted in most of his films: Quite interestingly, Rama Naidu was seen in most of his movies playing cameos. He would be seen either as a police officer or a collector for a few minutes in almost every film of his.

* Rama Naidu Studios: Rama Naidu is one of the few film biggies who had set up his studio. Rama Naidu is the first film personality who had set up a studio in Visakhapatnam. That this has happened much before the bifurcation of the state, show his farsightedness.

* Vignana Jyothi: D Rama Naidu Vignana Jyothi Institute of Rural Development, set up in 1991, is another great initiative of Rama Naidu. It focused on the rural development and skill enhancement of youths. Rama Naidu donated 33 acres of his land in Tuniki village in Medak district to set up the institute. Rama Naidu has supported several cancer patients and funded their medical expenses for the first year. Thousands have been benefited by this initiative.

* Launched a thousand faces: Rama Naidu is known for launching heroines. Anjali, Ester Noronha, Tanvi Vyas, Sanjana, Meghana, Kamna Jethmalani, Madalasa Sharma, Arti Agarwal, Katrina Kaif (in Telugu), Haritha, Anjala Jhaveri (in Telugu), Divya Bharathi are few of the many heroines that he had launched.

* Worthy Sons: Rama Naidu's son Venkatesh is one of the most popular heroes in Telugu film industry. His other son Suresh is the most popular film producer and would carry forward the banner of Suresh Productions. His grand sons Rana and Naga Chiatanya are hugely popular heros.
