Short Circuit In Tirumala Queue Complex, Several Suffer Minor Injuries

Tirumala: An electric short circuit in the queue line of Tirumala, the hill-top shrine, left several persons injured. Some devotees suffered electric shock and others ran helter and skelter creating pandemonium.

The incident occurred in the Vaikuntham Queue Complex on Wednesday morning near the baggage scanning machine at the main entrance. The short circuit led to temporary hold-up in darsanam. The injured were treated in the queue complex itself and later the darsanam resumed.
