Shailajanath wants AIIMS, High Court in Rayalaseema

Blaming the Telugu Desam Party for the division of Andhra Pradesh, former minister and Congress leader Sake Shailajanath said TDP was repeating the same mistake of concentrating the development only in one place.

He told mediapersons at Anantapur on Saturday that AIIMS should be set up in Anantapur. Similarly, he demanded that a new railway zone be set up with Guntakal as its headquarters.

“High Court must be established in Rayalaseema as per the Sribagh Pact” said the former minister.

He also said that sub capital for Andhra Pradesh must be formed between Kurnool and Anantapur.
