Secunderabad hotel collapse:13 killed, 2 trapped under debris

The Hyderabad police and GHMC officials are making all efforts to rescue the people who are trapped under the rubble of the City Light Hotel which collapsed in Secunderabad on Monday.

Police suspect that 2 people may still be trapped under the debris. The rescue operations have been progressing and so far, 13 people have been found dead and more than 20 others injured, in the 60-year-old City Light hotel collapse.

Police, fire fighters and rescuers evacuated one person late night. "He was working as a waiter in the hotel and his condition is said to be stable," police said.  The CISF teams are using sophisticated equipment to search for possible survivors among the debris of the building that collapsed.
