Sangeetha’s Health Condition Deteriorates As She Continues Deeksha On 4th Day 

Hyderabad: TRS youth leader P. Srinivas Reddy's wife Sangeetha's health condition is stated to be critical as she is continuing her deeksha in front of her husband's house at Boduppal. She has been staging a sit-in protest at her in-laws house after her husband beat her up and shoved her out of the house in full public view. Sangeetha, along with her 2-year-old daughter, staged a protest after which her husband and in-laws fled the scene. The police said they had taken Srinivas Reddy into custody but he was not produced in the court till Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Srinivas Reddy's third wife Devi Jagadeeshwari on Tuesday said she won't come in the way of Sangeetha. She added that she had no issues staying away from them as her marriage to Srinivas was invalid. "She has a young daughter and the child needs a father," Devi said.

On Wednesday, women's organizations backing Sangeetha’s deeksha, have put up flexis all over the place demanding justice for the woman and action against Reddy. Sangeetha says she will continue her protest until her in-laws or government gives a clear assurance on her marital status. Her daughter's condition is also critical.
