Sakshi employees ambushed, miscreants steal Rs 32 lakh

In a broad daylight robbery in Renigunta, two unidentified persons robbed two accountants working in Sakshi of a bag containing nearly Rs 32 lakh.

According to reports, the incident happened when Vijayakumar Reddy and Chandrasekhar, both employees in Sakshi, were on their way on a bike to the State Bank of India to deposit the amount. In the middle of their way, they were hit by a Scorpio vehicle at Ellamamgudi. As they fell down, two other miscreants arrived in a motor cycle and snatched away the cash bag. They posed as dogooders trying to help the injured employees. 

Chandrasekhar was driving the bike and Vijay was the pillion rider. The employees said that it was a pre-planned robbery. A case of robbery was registered.
