Sabita for Chevella MP ticket to her son

Former home minister of the state Sabita Indra Reddy is requesting Congress party high command to give Chevella Lok Sabha ticket to her son Karthik Reddy and Maheswaram assembly ticket to her.

The request came at a time when the party is about to finalise the candidates of the party for Lok Sabha and assembly seats in Telangana.

The party leaders are holding discussions at war room in Delhi on the same.

Sabita has intensified her efforts as the party came to the decision of giving the Lok Sabha tickets only to sitting members.

She met the party seniors in Delhi to request the same.

The final list of candidates to be contested on behalf of the party from Telangana will be available within four days.
