Wondering why a collector is on running spree ?? here is the answer, On wednesday Telangana CM KCR inspected Siddipet water distribution plan along with other ministers and mla's . While the CM is travelling to Helipad , the collector  was seen running after the convoy. The sweating, panting collector ran almost half kilometer, suprising media persons. When questioned why he was running instead of coming in vehicle, The collector answered that only 2 cars are allowed to accompany CM's convoy which are already filled with mla's and there was no place for collector resulting the collector to run after the convoy.
