Rich tributes paid to Vangaveeti Ranga

YSRCP political affairs committee member and party official spokesperson Ambati Rambabu on Friday paid rich tributes to popular leader Vangaveeti Mohan Ranga.

In a statement issued on Friday, he recalled that Ranga was brutally killed by TDP goons 26 years ago. He said Ranga had waged many a battle against the TDP misrule and launched a state-wide agitation against the police bill, which the then TDP government sought to bring in to snuff out the rights of the people. He said Ranga was brutally killed in Vijayawada while he was in the midst of a peaceful and Gandhian fast.
