Regularise RTC contract staff, Harish Rao tells CM

TRS MLA Harish Rao on Saturday met Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and demanded that the employment of APSRTC contract employees must be regularised.

He appealed to  the CM to take necessary measures to reduce  sales tax on diesel  to save the RTC from further debt.

He along with the newly elected union leaders of RTC met the CM in the morning

Speaking to media persons after the meeting, Harish Rao ridiculed the government proposal to increase power tariff. He said there was no power in the state but the government was trying to increase electricity charges. If  needed “I will approach the court on this issue,” he said.
