Regina Cassandra plays a Rayalaseema girl who comes to Hyderabad for higher studies. The actress revealed that her character is tomboyish and carries a lot of attitude. She even gets into a scuffle with boys. Nara Rohith is the male lead in the film.

Tipped to be a breezy entertainer, Balakrishnudu is slated for release in November.
