Reddy Labs chairman Anji Reddy passes away

Dr Reddy Labs founder chairman Kallam Anji Reddy (73) passed away in Hyderabad on Friday.

He was born in 1940 at Tadepalli in Guntur district. Reddy Laboratories established in 1984 was the second largest pharmacy company in the country. It was his effort the Reddy Labs had reached at its peak in the pharma industry. In recognition of his services, the Central Government had honoured him with Padmabhushan.
