New Delhi:  A rape case has been filed against Uttarakhand BJP leader Harak Singh Rawat on the complaint of a woman.

The case against Rawat was lodged at Safdarjung police station in South Delhi. The victim has alleged that the former minister raped her at his Green Park residence, said a senior police officer.
