The film is produced under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers who have already delivered a blockbuster hits like Srimanthudu and Janatha Garage. Mythri Movie Makers have produced Rangasthalam with a whopping budget of Rs 60 Cr. Producers earlier also faced the same problem with other films and they sure know how to nip the problem in the bud.

According to sources, a notorious gang who are known to leak Indian movies has released two videos of Rangasthalam before even the first show ended on its first day. Half of the movie and some of the important scenes figure in the leaked videos which have gone viral on social media platforms.The word of mouth for the film is superb and it will likely boost the film collections in the coming days. The film did a pre-release business of Rs 112 Cr as well as broke the record of Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No.150 and Allu Arjun's DJ.
