Hyderabad: Rangasthalam music has been a chartbuster, with the music having a folk touch it has turned into a hit. Amidst all the celebratory note, the film ran into controversy after the Yadav community found the lyrics of Rangamma Mangamma deplorable as it portrays women in their community in bad light.

Andamulu Yadav, all India president of Yadav community is demanding the makers to delete the song named 'Gollabama Ochi Goru Gillutunte' from the film. He even filed a case against the release date of the film.

To this, the filmmaker Sukumar has issued a clarification stating that ‘Golla Bhaama’ is referred to an insect and has been perceived wrongly. We hope this clarification from the horse's mouth settles the unrest among the Yadav community. Now what about Rangamma Mangamma, the second song which is penned by lyricist Chandra Bose. Will the lyricist also come forward to give an explanation for this or will the director himself decipher it?

Rangasthalam has Ram Charan and Samantha who have teamed up for the first time, and interestingly Sukumar is also working with these stars for the first time. The film is all set to hit the silver screens on March 30.

Apart from Rangasthalam, Nani's Krishnarjuna Yuddham, Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu, Rajinikanth's Kaala and Allu Arjun's Naa Peru Surya have been lined up to open in theatres to entertain the audience this summer.
