Rahul Gandhi’s convoy vehicle hit by train in Hindupur

The driver of a police car had a narrow escape when a Bangalore-bound train hit the vehicle at an unmanned railway crossing in Hindupur on Wednesday.

The incident took place when the vehicle was parked near Guddem locality on Hindupur town. Though the vehicle was damaged, the driver of the car managed to jump out on time. The police were conducting a rehearsal of the convoy movement of Rahul Gandhi when the car stalled on the tracks.
