Rahul Gandhi trolled for Hindi speech in English script
Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has become the butt of jokes on social media and is trending with the hashtag Pappu and Pappu so duffer on Twitter.
This comes after Telegraph photographer clicked a close up of the notes of his speech. The close up reveals that the speech in Hindi was written in Roman script.
Internet is agog with comments against Rahul Gandhi, whom Union Minister for Finance Arun Jaitley called "an expert without knowledge. Questions such as can't he read Hindi? Can't hi speak ex tempore? are flooding the internet.
