Aged about 22 years, the victim sought AAP MP Bhagwant Mann’s help to escape from the clutches of her employer and recalled the way a Hoshiarpur girl was rescued in the past.

A Punjabi woman narrated her ordeal accusing her Gulf employer of physical abuse and torture in Dawadmi city, Saudi Arabia. She posted a video on social media on Wednesday explaining how she had been trapped in the country since a year. The video of the woman has gone viral on social media.

Stating that she is forced to work as slave in Dawadmi in the oil-rich nation, the victim, who is gripped with fear, expressed her horrific tale to social media users. She said she felt scared that she could be killed by her employer.

Aged about 22 years, the victim sought AAP MP Bhagwant Mann's help to escape from the clutches of her employer and recalled the way a Hoshiarpur girl was rescued in the past. When she approached the Saudi police, the victim said that she was insulted by the cops and did not get the justice she expected.

In the video, she described her pathetic life in the Gulf country and how she was denied food for days. She said that she was married and has children back home. She wanted to return to India as her mother was unwell and the latter had to undergo an operation.

She further warned Punjabi men and women not to come to Gulf countries for employment.
