Bhupalpally: Telangana caretaker Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari called caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) as the 'Baahubali of Telangana' in terms of the governance in the State. Addressing Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) workers in the premises of Kakatiya School at Regonda Mandal in the district here today, he predicted that the Congress party would not even secure deposits in the upcoming elections and that the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) tally of Assembly seats would be reduced.

Kadiyam added that the Congress was known for rampant corruption.

Kadiyam Srihari said that all sections of the society had benefited from the TRS government's schemes. Reacting to BJP President Amit Shah's comments on making a Dalit the Chief Minister of Telangana, the TRS leader asked why the BJP did not appoint a Dalit as the CM in the 18 States which they were ruling. He advised the BJP Chief to remember that the TRS was willing to go for advanced polls as per Constitutional limits.

Former Telangana Assembly Speaker Madhusudhanachary was also present at the meeting.
