Tirupati: Former Telangana Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu lashed out at Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu during his visit to the temple town today. The senior Telangana leader's latest visit to Andhra Pradesh gained prominence in the backdrop of his expulsion from TDP in May.

Narasimhulu announced a 'Dharmayudham' (righteous struggle) against the TDP chief and vowed to oust him from power, after seeking the blessings of Lord Balaji here.

Speaking to media, the former TDP leader said that his only goal was to remove Chandrababu from power in the 2019 elections. TDP has diminished in Telangana, while the YSR Congress Party, Jana Sena Party, Left parties CPM and CPI and all Dalit Associations are ready to defeat Chandrababu in the upcoming elections, he said.

Chandrababu, along with his son Nara Lokesh, is looting Andhra Pradesh's resources, Narsimhulu alleged. The AP CM was solely responsible for the untimely deaths of late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR) and senior leader G Muddukrishnama Naidu, he accused. After getting caught in the vote-for-note case, Chandrababu spared Revanth Reddy and expelled me, he pointed out.

Joined by local leaders and activists from the YSRCP, Janasena Party and Madiga associations, Narsimhulu paid his respects to the statues of BR Ambedkar, Jyotirao Phule and NT Rama Rao here.
