Turncoat MLAs Should Resign: YSRCP

Nellore: YSR Congress Party general secretary Nallapureddi Prasanna Kumar Reddy asserted that YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had been fighting relentlessly for Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh. Speaking to media here, he pointed out that YSRCP was the only political party which had been fighting consistently for SCS to the state. He condemned Chandrababu Naidu for resorting to drama over a period of four years on the issue.

The YSRCP leader remarked that the TDP MLAs were no different than their party chief and were no less when it came to their corrupt activities. They were looting the state indiscriminately following the footsteps of their leader, he said. Prasanna Kumar Reddy said that it was state's misfortune to have a chief minister who resorted to betrayals, lies and under whose rule atrocities were being perprated across the state. If Chandrababu was honest as he claimed to be, he should get the 23 YSRCP turncoat MLAs now in TDP to resign immediately.
