Police register case against minister

A case was lodged against secondary education minister, Parthasarathi for not disclosing facts in the election affidavit. The first metropolitan magistrate court in Vijayawada registered a case against the minister on Sep 27, Friday at the behest of the Election Commission.

Parthasarathi was elected from Penamaluru village, Krishna district in the 2009 elections. However, recently the economics offences court revealed that there are innumerable cases against him for which he was also jailed. Yet, he's granted bail.
