Police cracked the Uday Kiran suicide case?

Hyderabad, On Wednesday, police investigating Uday Kiran's suicide came to the conclusion that the suicide was driven by a flagging career and mounting financial troubles.

According to reports the police came to this conclusion after interviewing Uday's wife Vishita, her mother Meghala and father Govind Rajan for three hours on Wednesday. 

On Wednesday Police also questioned Uday's former manager Munna. According to sources Uday had given some lakhs to Munna, to fund a film. Another woman had also invested Rs 17 lakhs, but the film was stalled, which led to her pressurising Uday for repayment. Police will be interrogating her on Thursday as well.

Sources add that for the last six months, Uday lived a life of a loner. He didn't meet up with any of his friends, and wouldn't even call them up. Strangely, he didn't even leave his house, or pay his rent, the last six months. 

His previous manager speaking to Sakshi said that Uday was not a coward to commit suicide for financial reasons and flagging career.He could have sold his assets to clear his financial dues, he said. He added that lack of good scripts was the reason behind Uday's absence from the silver screen.  He also pointed out that there could be a stronger reason for the suicide. 

However, police have said that the actor was rejected by many directors and producers who were very close to him. He even tried his luck in the Tamil film industry, but to no avail. Also, living off his wife's income caused great deal of insecurity in him.
