'People will teach a lesson to Congress deserters'

Andhra Pradesh PCC president N.Raghuveera Reddy advised the party cadre in the state not to worry over the results of the recent elections.

The party leaders reviewed the results on Tuesday. The steps needed for strengthening the party in the state were discussed. “Congress has a bright future,”said Raghuveera, who spoke on the occasion.

Raghuveera said the Congress served the interests of the people in Andhra Pradesh.

“People will teach a lesson to those leaders who enjoyed power while the party was in power and are leaving it when the party is in trouble,” said the PCC president.

“The leaders in the Congress party will have more freedom than those in other parties,” commented the former minister.
