Payyavula accuses news paper of publishing baseless story

TDP MLA Payyavula Keshav denied the reports that he was planning to quit Telugu Desam and joining YSR Congress Party.

He was in tears while speaking on the report that was published in the Andhra Jyothi daily. He addressed a press conference on Tuesday morning after he read the report which said that he was all set to join the YSRCP. The MLA lashed out at the daily for not cross checking with him on the report.

MLAs Amaranatha Reddy and Praveen Kumar Reddy who quit TDP and crossed over to the YSR Cong said that Keshav would also be joining the YSRCP soon, the news paper report said.

Reacting with anger he said  "this was a plan to damage his reputation, which he had build over period of 15 years through hard work and serving people of his constituency".

"I owe the growth of my political career to the Telugu Desam Party and I will never leave this party," Keshav said.
