Hyderabad: Power Star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan urged his supporters to volunteer in the rescue mission of Pushkarams stampede.

PK took to twitter to express his solidarity with the victims of the stampede.

“I’m disheartened by the tragic accident at Godavari Pushkarams. I sympathize with the victims,’’ the actor tweeted.

The actor went on to add that he wished he could visit the stampede site and console the next of kin of the victims ``but I would refrain from doing so as that could would disrupt the rescue operations and may cause another stampede.’’

The actor requested his fans and party cadres to help the victims.
