A group of drunken youths.... one hell of a rash-driving .... a mighty fall from flyover on another car.... The result? Three untimely deaths, including that of eight-year-old Ramya.
Shravil, the prime accused in the sensational Panjagutta mishap, where a car flew off a flyover and fell on another car on the road below, killing three persons, was denied a bail in the Nampally Third Metropolitan Sessions Court on Saturday.
Shravil, a third year Engineering student at Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, is now currently lodged as an undertrial at Chanchalguda Prison, applied for bail. But, the court rejected his appeal. In fact, Shravil applied for bail several times and his pleas wee turned down everytime. On July 1, fully drunk Shravil and his friends drove their car in reckless speed, due to which the vehicle rammed into the divider and fell down from the flyover on a Santro car down below.
In this accident, eight-year-old Ramya, her uncle and grandfather died. The incident created quite a sensation.
