No end to dubbed serials controversy

The problem of dubbed serials depriving the local artistes of their jobs continues. It's no news that the TV artistes are protesting over the entry of dubbed serials. They are also demanding a ban on dubbed serials.

The artistes have now intensified their agitation. On Saturday, a few artistes tried to disrupt the shoot of a game show that was in progress at the Sarathi Studios in Mythrivanam. However, police foiled their attempts and arrested them.

Later, the police shifted the TV artistes to the SR Nagar police station. It may be recalled that a few artistes pelted stones at the Maa TV office at Jubilee Hills, demanding an immediate ban on dubbing serials.
