Now, it appears that Republic is being subbed as the best movie in Dev Katta's career. Sai Dharma Tej too has won accolades for his role and performance. But the movie meet expectations as hyped by the makers. It is known that Sai Dharma Tej could not do the movie promotions after he was hospitalised following a road accident on the famous Durgam Cheruvu Cable brige in Hyderabad.

Republic is a political drama written and directed by Deva Katta and produced by JB Entertainments and Zee Studios. The film stars Sai Dharam Tej, Aishwarya Rajesh, Jagapathi Babu, and Ramya Krishna. The movie is about Panja Abhiram (Tej), an IAS officer who tackles corruption in political circles and the administrative machinery.

The latest we hear is that Republic movie digital rights have been acquired the OTT platform Zee5. The expected OTT release date of Republic is yet to be revealed. The makers are yet to announce the official digital release date of the film.
