It is already known that Novak Djokovic won a record- equalling 20th Grand Slam title after defeating Matteo Berrettini in the Wimbledon men’s singles final held on Sunday. In what was a topsy-turvy encounter for Djokovic, he had to rely on his experience to get past his Italian opponent. He won 6-7 (4/7), 6-4, 6-4, 6-3.
Roger Federer took to his Twitter and congratulated the Serbian tennis star. “Congrats Novak on your 20th major. I'm proud to have the opportunity to play in a special era of tennis champions. Wonderful performance, well done!" he wrote.
