Hyderabad: The political landscape is rapidly changing in Telangana ahead of the ensuing Lok Sabha elections. The leaders from opposition BRS continue to flock to the ruling Congress party. Amid rumours that he is contemplating to go back to Congress, senior BRS leader K Keshava Rao met party chief K Chandrasekhar Rao at his Erravalli farmhouse on Thursday. He is learnt to have given an explanation over the reports of him changing the party.

According to unconfirmed reports, Congress is wooing Keshav. It is said a few days ago, Congress leaders met Keshav and his daughter and GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi. It is reported that Keshav told the Congress delegation consisting of AICC in-charge Deepa Dasmunshi that though the BRS party made him Secretary General and nominated him twice to Rajya Sabha but he is missing the respect he commanded in the grand old party.

Vijayalakshmi is reportedly planning to join Congress. It may be recalled here that Keshav had predicted that Congress and BJP will get more seats than BRS in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
