VC Sajjanar after taking the charge as the Managing Director of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation is sketching out strategies to increase revenue for the corporation. According to a press release issued on Sunday, commuters and employees can share suggestions, feedback, or grievances, if any, on Twitter. It is for the first time in the history of TSRTC that an MD is taking personal responsibility through social media to improve TSRTC.

It is also said that any positive feedback on the achievement of the employees like safe driving, courteous behaviour, good maintenance of vehicles, prompt response, etc., can also be brought to the notice of MD to boost the morale of employees. Here is the tweet.

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit hard many sectors and the transport sector was no exception. TSRTC staff have risen to the occasion and performed their duties. For generating revenue, TSRTC has started TSRTC Parcel, Cargo, and Courier services. Sajjanar wants to solve all the problems and a couple of days ago, he said that action plans for the development of TSRTC will be formulated and each issue would be dealt with one after the other.
