Telangana: Revised Land Rates, Stamp Duty Prices in Rajanna Sircilla

Land prices and stamp duty rates have been increased by the Telangana government. These changes will come into effect from Thursday. The market value was last revised in 2013. After all these years, it was done now in the latest revision. Telangana has one of the lowest stamp duty rates when compared to other states in India.
